The farm to table broth is filled with beans and vegetables from our Phood farm and Boer Henk – bijzonder brabants. A big ‘moestuin’ near Eindhoven. The base is 450ml of our nutritious vegan broth, blended with a dark miso (fermented soy). We sprout our lupine, which make it easier to digest and is filled with nutrients and vitamins. Same as your linseed-crackers. In our phood farm we grow your salad, shii take, cavolo nero and watercress on water with fish (this is called aquaponic farming) in our basement with special grow lights. It is a ‘farm-land’ meal with an asian wink, by adding the rice noodles it becomes an exciting blend. I remember my grandmother adding rice to her bean-leek soup. This is our nourishing variation to that recipe.
